Using Symbiote
Your access is personal: don't share your sign-in or your Claude keys. The programming belongs to 8th Day Gym and is for use in its coaching; don't republish or sell it. Access can be changed or removed at any time, and keys stop working when it is.
No warranty
Symbiote is provided as is. Search results and formatting are a guide to past programming; check a day's full text before relying on it.
